RUSSIAN APPRECIATION. (TUBS AND SIDNEY SUN SERVICES) LONDON, 6th February. The Russian Military Staff has issued a. special memorandum stressing the immense services Britain hab rendered the Allies by land and sea. While Germany is approaching the time of the exhaustion of her supplies, the Allies' resources are increasing. It has been made plainly manifest that a British army of a million men, admirably equipped with large reserves, will soon arrive at the front.
