ATTITUDE OF UNITED STATES
MOST CORDIAL AND FRIENDLY CANADIAN PRIME MINISTER'S EXPERIENCE. (TIMER AND SYDNBY SUN SERVICES.) (Received February 3, 8 a.m.) • LONDON, 2nd February. The Prime Minister of Canada (Hon. R. L. Borden), speaking in the Legislature in reference to the war, said his experience of the attitude of the United States was that it was most cordial and friendly. American young men were showing a disposition to enlist. Scores had already enlisted in the Canadian regiments. He was sure that countless numbers would be forthcoming when the necessity arose. No proof was so striking as this of the friendliness of the United States.
