KAISER'S BIRTHDAY
PRISONERS ALLOWED TO CELEBRATE. (TIMES AND SYDNEY SUN SERVICES.) LONDON. 30th January. The Germans at the concentration camp at Stratford, on the Kaiser's birthday, were permitted to decorate their buildings with Austro-German flags, and indulge in a German concert, which ' concluded with the inevitable " Wacht am Rhein."
