SEIZURE FROM SANCTUARIES. PETROGRAD, Ist February. The Turks have seized jewels and money valued at two millions sterling belonging to Ihiah sanctuaries at Kerbela (60 miles south-west of Bagdad). A strong Turkish force is marching towards Ahwaz (in Persia, 70 miles north-east of Bussorah), ;where the British oilfields are situated.
