SWITZERLAND'S NEUTRALITY
THREEFOLD IN EFFECT. (TIUES AND SYDNWY SUN SERVICES.) (Received February Z, 8 a.m.) LONDON, Ist February. A correspondent interviewed the President of Switzerland (M. Edouard Muller), who said : "Our neutrality is forced upon us by our position, and is threefold in effect — political, financial, and economic. We have only one voice from Ticino to Geneva — we shall defend our neutrality."
