HELPING SOLDIERS' AND SAILORS' FAMILIES
THE DICTATES OF CHRISTIAN HUMANITY (Received February 1, 8 a.m.) LONDON. 30th January. The Soldiers' and Sailors' Families' Association has negatived a proposal to render help only upon production of the marriage certificate. The Rev. Wainwright protested against putting concubinage and marriage on the same level. Others agreed that the association was acting on the dictates of Christianity and humanity.
