In reply to the world-wide propagandist activities of Germany the British Government has made a large publishing contract with the firm of Fisher Unwin. A million copies of the penny Blue Book and ninety thousand copies of the original ninepenny Wliite Paper have been distributed. The famous Wliite Paper has now been translated into Dutch, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, and Swedish, and translations in Danish, Italian, and Rumanian are in the course of 'preparation.
