ABSCONDING WITH MONEY
EX-BAILIFF PLEADS GUILTY. (BT TBI/EORAPH— PRESS ASSOCIATION.) STRATFORD, This Day. F. M. Marlow, ex-bailiff of Stratford, who disappeared on the 25th September last and was arrested at Rangiora a few days ago,, pleaded guilty before the S.M. to-day to two charges of absconding with moneys amounting to £72 collected by him on distress .warrants. He was remanded to the Supreme Court for sentence.
