BRITISH DEATH ROLLS AT SEA
A SUGGESTION. (Received January 9, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, Bfch January. The naval correspondent of The Times, commenting on the heavy death rolls at sea, recommends that a Red Cross ship, liberally supplied with boats, should accompany the fleets. INDIAN PRISONERS TO BE TRANSPORTED TO TURKEY. AMSTERDAM, 7th January. The Berlin correspondent of the newspaper Die Telegraaf states that Indian prisoners in the concentration camp near Berlin will shortly be transported to Turkey with other Moslem contingents. WAR ORDERS EMPLOYMENT OF SCHOOLBOYS. (TIMBS AND STDNBV SUN gBRVICES.) LONDON, 7th January. Employers in the Birmingham district are requesting further facilities for employing schoolboys in order to execute war orders.
