FRENCH ARMY ORDER
"THE MOMENT HAS ARRIVED." (Received December 22, 3.5 p.m.) LONDON, 21st December. A Berlin wireless message states that a Frenoh Army Order, signed by General Joffre, was found upon a French officer. It declares: "The enemy in the past three months has made numerous attacks, which were everywhere victoriously repulsed, and the moment has now arrived to make use of the weakness he has shown." It proceeded : "Having reinforced ourselves, the hour of attack has arrived. It is now 'our business definitely to clear the Fatherland of the invaders," and concludes: "Soldiers, more than ever France relies on your courage and energy and your desire to conquer at any cost."
