ANOTHER ALLY
RUMANIA DECIDES TO COME IN GERMAN PAPER'S ANNOUNCEMENT (Received December 9, 10.50 a.m.) . _ . LONDON, Bth December. A German journal has published a Bucharest despatch stating that Rumania has definitely decided to join in the war on the side of the Triple Entente. The decision is said to" be in accord with th& wish of the entire country, including the King and the Ministry, with the exception of the Minister for Finance. The question as to when Rumania will make its entry into the war has been discussed, one section desiring to avoid a winter campaign, while the military fear that Servia may be defeated before spring arrives.
