HARD GALES AND BITTER WEATHER. NAVY SUFFERING HARDSHIPS. (Received December 8, 9 a.m.) LONDON, 7th December Heavy gales and bitter weather are inflicting great hardships on the Navy in the North Sea. Superb seamanship alone is preventing losses.
