Joneacu, Minister of the Interior, in a telegram to the Vetchernoye Vremya, states that all Rumania's interests and future are inseparably bound up in a victory for the Triple Entente. German victory would imply the burial of all the Balkan States and the hopes of neutral States maintaining their iudpftendeoce.
