SYDNEY, 20th November. A proclamation has been issued increasing the price of flour in the coim-. tie 3of Cumberland and Northumberland to £11 17s 6d ; elsewhere the price is £2 17s 6d above the price ruling ion Ist August. Bran and pollard in Cumberland and Northumberland is raised to £7 ; elsewhere the price is £1 above the price ruling on 10th September. "
