HORSES FOR THE GERMANS
COMMANDEERED OR PURCHASED (Received November 16. 8.30 a.m.) _ LONDON, 15th November. Maestncht reports that the Germans commandeered or purchased all the horses in Flanders, assembling them at Ostend, from which place they were sent to Ghent and Brussels.
