SHORTT'S CONTINUOUS THEATRE.

A sensational drama entitled " The Prisoner of the Owls Gang" was shown for the first time at Shortt's Continuous Picture Theatre to-day. It is a thrilling story of a secret society, built up on the lines of "Fedora," a picture which created much interest when shown in Wellington # a short time back. The eighth instalment jof the "Lucille Love" series was also included- It is just as exciting 4s its predecessors, whioh is saying much in its* favour. " Search, the Scientific Detective," is an A.B. comedy, and the Vivaphone selection (talking picture) is " Handy 's Wedding."
