HIGH SCHOOL TOURNEY.
The High School tournament, Carterton v. Lower Hutt girls, started on Friday and was concluded on Saturday, the latter winning three out of four doubles,, and seven out of eight singles. Saturday's results were as under. Hutt players beng mentioned first :■ — Doubles. — Misßes L.. Osborne and G. Dyer lost to Misses H. Posselt and W. Krahagen, 26-30. . Singles.— Aliss P. Waugh beat Miss M. M'Phee, 30-29; Miss D. Hickspn lost to Miss E. Johnston, 20-30 j Miss A. M'Caw beat Miss A. Osbourne, 30*17 ; Miss R. G^oris beat Miss C. Peters, 30-2&; Miss' A. Milvride beat Miss E. Welch, 30-28, Miss J. Macasklll beat Miss M. Fairbrother, 30-26; Miss L. Osborne beat Miss Posselt, 3024; Miss G. Dyer beat Miss W. Krahagen, 30-25.
