LODY'S EVIDENCE.
(Received November 2, 8.5 ft.YA.) LONDON, 3ht October. Before the court-martial Lody gave . evidence that he was & lieutenant in the German Naval Reserve. He reported himself at Berlin shortly before the w»r to his superior officer, whose name he was in honour bound not to divulge. The officer instructed Lody to proceed to England and supply information as to the British naval losses and movements. Lody gave further evidence in camera, The trial is adjourned.
