IN CONSEQUENCE OF MINES LLOYD'S PREMIUMS HAVE RISEN. LONDON, 29th October. In consequence of the enemy's mines Lloyd's premiums for North Atlantic voyages have risen from 7s 6d to 20s per cent. FISHING SMACK SUNK. LONDON, 30th- October. A Ramsgate fishing smack has been mined and sunk. Three of the crew are missing.
