Sittings of tho Court of Arbitration appointed to enquire as to whether Monobol powder ie an explosive which may bo safely used in the coal mines at Huntly were resumed this afternoon. A great deal of expert evidence was given, the good qualities of Monobel being referred ito by several witnesses. His Honour announced that the award would bo made known as soon as the Arbitration Court had arrived at a decision.
