The captures were composed mostly oi young men of a mild studious expression. "HOCK, DER KAISER! " LONDON, 28th October. One hundred and seventy-four German soldiers, many of them mere lads, were brought to Caraberley, where a party of a hundred German and Austrian civilian prisoners warmly greeted them, shouting : "Hoch 3 der Kaiser ! The army will soon come to deliver us!"
