—¦— »' ¦ "—" — (IT mEOBIPII.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) INVERCARGILL, This Day. R. M. Gilmouf's drapery establishment at Winton was completely destroyed by fire on Sunday morning. The damage is estimated at £4200. Tho insurance on the building amounted to £250, and on the stock to £2300.
The Brisbane Metropolitan Water and Sewerage Board invited tenders for .the supply and delivery of a quantity of oaeks of Portland cement.
