Mrs. Philip Snowden has been d© scribed as one of 'the most brilliant British women speakers of the time. She will speak in the Town Hall Concert Chamber on Wednesday evening on a subject in which she is a pact mistress, namely, "Child-life ias Great Britain." The address will be delivered under the auspices of the Societj for the Protection of Women and Children, and admission will be free.
