(Received October 15, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, 14th October. The Times does not endorse the Morn* ing Post's criticisms of Mr. Winston Churchill. The composition of the equipment of the Antwerp force is open to comment, but the expedition wa-8 not part of any military operation, but rather an attempt to demonstrate the deep concern of this country with the heroic sufferings of the Belgian people.
