A message states that Vojlbehr, the painter, has just seen the Kaiser, whom he describes as in the highest spirits. His pride in his valorous army is so great that his eyes are phosphorescent with happiness. "WE SHALL RETURN TO OUR BELOVED HOMES." ROHIE, 14th October. The Mayor of Weimar states that the Kaiser, addressing troops, said : "My boys, the leaves are falling, but we uhall return to our beloved homes."
