France and Germany have accented Switzerland's offer to act as intermediary iia the return of women and children and persons incapable of bearing arms. Austria's reply is being awaited. SERVIANS DO WELL HEAVY LOSSES ON BOTH SIDES. NISH, 24th September. The Servians have recaptured Luirovia, and have occupied Haranitza. There were heavy losses on both sides. BELGIAN JUSTICE GERMAN SOLDIERS EXECUTED. ANTWERP, 24th September. A Belgian court-martial convicted a. German infantryman of killing a peasant woman with the bayonet and another of having stolen jewellery in his possession. Both were executed. GENERAL YON DIEMLING REPORTED DISMISSAL. LONDON, 24th September. The Daily Chronicle's Geneva correspondent states that General yon Diemling, the commander of the German Army in Alsace, has been dismissed.
