THE HEADQUARTERS STAFF
THANKED BY GENERAL GODLEY. Major-General Sir Alexander Godley, officer commanding the Expeditionary Force, bade good-bye to the headquarteis and stores staffs at the Defence Office yesterday, and in doing ho specially thanked t-huu for the excellent work they had done, especially lately, when they hava been called upon to work very king hours in connection with the mobilisation. REINFORCEMENTS CAMP. Preparations we now well advanced for the traini-ng camp for the reinforcements to tiie Expeditionary Fotve. The catup will be held r>n the Tmitb.un rifle range, and will commence '■onie time next month. Major Potter, who had charge of the Palrnerston North camp, will De in command.
