TERRITORIALS AT MALTA.
LONDON, 23rd September. A message from Malta, delayed by the censor, describes the landing of a force of London Territorials on 14th September. [Speaking in the House of Lords a few days ago, Lord Kitchener announced that Territorials had been sent to Malta, also to Egypt, thus relieving the garrisons there for service in France.]
