CATTARO FORTS
MONTENEGRINS MOUNTING GUNS ROME, 23rd September. The Montenegrins are mounting guns on Mount Lovtchen capable of dismantling the Cattaro forts and bombarding the Austrian warships. [Mount Lovtchen is a peak 5770 feet high, overlooking Cattaro, and lying between that town and the Montenegrin capital, Cettinje.]
