PRISONERS FOR SENTENCE

«». His Honour Mr. Justice Ilosking will deal with several prisoners, who will come up for sentence, on Monday at 10 a.m. The prisoners are William Gillham and Stanley Willoughby. There are also two men, John Barnes and Bernard Tamatea Walden, to be dealt with for failing to observe the terms of their probation.

Lieutenant J. T. H. Turner, son of Lieutenant-colonel Harcourt Turner, of Wellington (now in Samoa), is on active service with tho 43rd Brigade, Royal Field Artillery. He is under Major Madocks, in tho 40th Battery.
