AUSTRALIAN PROCLAMATIONS. (Received September 24, 11 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. A Proclamation has been gazetted pro* hibittng the export of wheat and flour. Another forbids the export of meat, revoking the previous Proclamation limiting export to the Dominions.
