SAID TO HAVE BEEN SUBSCRIBED. (Received September 24, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON, 23rd September. British ladies who have arrived from Germany state that the war loan has been subscribed, even servants giving their sayings. The subscribers have been promjsedthat their money will be returned with interest at 5 per cent, from the French indemnity.
