DULL WEATHER
Tho weather conditions to>day have boon dull and threatening, and will probably continue so for a time at least. There Was a little rain last evening) but very little. Tho wind dropped, and tho .temperature during the night was §nild. Throughout tho country amodcrato southerly ha-s given placo to variable breezes, and although dull pkies have been much in evidonco and some rain has fallen in Westlaiiid, fair weather has predominated. Moderate to strong westerlies are^ probable locally, tmd tho barometer, high at present, ib showing littlo movement. Tho weather forecast reads: — "Fair to cloudy generally, but at times dull, with much mist and fog in vmvtfi."
