ATTACK ON PRZEMYSL
RUSSIANS SURROUNDING THE TOWN. (Received September 8, 9 a.m.) ROME, 7th September. Official reports state that the, Russians are gradually surrounding Przemysl. [PrzemysL. sixty miles west of Lemberg by rail, is one of the strongest fortresses of Gahcia. It is situated on the River Son, a tributary of the Vistula, and commands the approaches towards Western GaHcia and Cracow.]
