This afternoon Mr, W. G. Riddell, S.M.. delivered judgment nt the Magisttntes Court in the civil action (reported elsewhere) in which •* Chas. Henry Grnyland claimed from Brydges and. Co. the sum of £16 10r for rent and incidentals, and defendants * counter,* claimed £iO for nlleged damage to business caused through tho cutting off of gas engine powev supply. His Worship | entered up judgment for plaintiff for £6 Ms 4d. with costs £2 (3a, and noii'Suited. tho defendants on the- count exclaim, without costs.
