The Full Court has dismissed the appeal against the payment of £200 to Mr. Osborne, a member, and Mr. Jones, an ex-member, of Parliament, in. connection with the sale of the Boorabil Estate to the Government, on the ground that the appeal was on the score of public policy, and that plaintiffs, as members of Parliament, were not entitled to payment of commission and expenses.
