(Received August 11, '12.25 p.m.) LONDON, 10th August. The Grand Duke of Tuscany commands the 14th Army Corps, which was withdrawn from the Tyrol to prevent it being sent against Servia. The corps proceeds from Basle to Istein, where the Germans are encamped. SPECIAL POLICE FOR PROTECTION OF DOCKS AND BRIDGES. (Received August 11, 12.25 p.m.) LONDON, 10th August. Sir Edward Ward is organising special , constabulary to Serve four hourß daily to protect the docks, bridges, gasworks, and waterworks. The squads as far as possible will consist of ten friends. Motor- cycles are specially wanted. BASE HOSPITALS FOR THE SEVERELY WOUNDED. (Received August 11, 12.25 p.m.) LONDON, 10th August. Lady Sarah Wilson is appealing for funds to establish base hospitals on the Continent to avoid the sea passage for those severely wounded. The Duchess of Westminster makes a similar appeal, and guarantees £400 monthly. \ [Lady Sarah Wilson (Isabella Augusta Churchill) has Orders of Lady of Grace, St. John of Jerusalem and Red Cross. She took a, prominent part amongst the nurses during the Boer war. She was taken prisoner outsid? The Norwegian steamer Tysla, (not Masla) caught fire after striking • tho mine. INTERFERING WITH WIRELESS' THIRTEEN GERMANS ARRESTED AT ■ (Received August 11, 12.25 p.m.) BOMBAY, 10th August. Thirteen Germans, members of the crew of a German tramp steamer, have been arrested on a charge of interfering with -wireless communications between two warships. y
