IN ALSACE-LORRAINE ALSATIANS DELIRIOUS WITH JOY. PARIS, 9th August. The French troops crossed the Alsatian frontier after fierce fighting, and arc pursuing the enemy. The Alsatians were delirious with joy in welcoming • the French and tore up the Gorman boundary marks. An official report confirms the news of tho French victory.
