ORDER FOR MOBILISATION. WARSHIPS ORDERTSD T£> RETURN. . WASHINGTON. 6th August. President Wilson has signed an order mobilising the land and sea forces of tho United States. It is understood that tho purpose is to enforce American neutrality ! and -protect the Panama Canal, All warships in Mexican waters have been Ordered to return.
