GERMANS STRANDED IN PARIS RAILWAYS BEING USED FOR. MILITARY PURPOSES. (Received August 5, lU.IO a.m.) PARIS, 3rd August. The city is calm. Hundreds of men, women, and children, mostly Germans, are at the Gare dv Nord, waiting to leave, but the railway services are being wholly used for military purposes.
