IN CANADIAN PAPERS. DECLARATION OF WAR ANNOUNCED. - (Received August 4, 11 a.m.) MONTREAL, 3rd August, A hundred naval reservists in the United States and Canada are returning immediately to England. The cruiser Rainbow jb seeking & German warship which is reported to be coming north from Los Angeles with the intention of threatening the British Columbia coasts. There is an Unprecedented enlistment of volunteers, the French'Oanadiahs leading.
