DISPLAYS IN LONCTON. CROWD IN FRONT OF BUCKINGHAM PALACE. LONDON, 3rd August. The nrst < outward sign of patriotic enthusiasm in London were the crowds cheering the Cabinet Ministers who wore attending the Cabinet meeting. Shouts of "Good Old England !" and "Bravo, Winston !" were heard. A great demonstration took place in front of Buckingham Palace, where the crowd sang " Ruie, Britannia," the I "Marseillaise,'' and the National Anthem. The King and Queen were on the balcony, and acknowledged the cheers of the crowd.
