MEN AT MERSEY DOCKS
A STRIKE, (By Telegraph.—Press Associations-Copyright.), LONDON, llth July. The Mersey Docks and Harbour Board is declining to recognise the men •employed in the warehouses and engineering departments, and three thousand of them will go on strike on Monday. The trade union, officials do not anticipate an extension of the strike.
