The hides markets report average supplies all round. The market is firm. SHEEPSKINS. LONDON, 25th June. At the sheepskins pales there was a good attendance, and spirited competition. Four thousand Austi alasian skins were offered and sold. Australian combings were a. farthing dearer, arid crossbred clothings from a farthing to a halfpenny dearer. Merinos were unchanged. Netv Zealand crossbreds* combings were a, farthing dearer, and clothings a halfpenny lower. Messrs. Murray, Roberts and Co., Ltd.. have this day received the following cablegram, dated 25th instant, from their London friends, Messrs. Sanderson, Murray and Co. : --"London Sheepskin Kales. — Merino and fine crossbred market has advanced id, per pound. Crossbred, jd to pd. Woollcd have declined id per pound. For other descriptions, market shows no material change. London Wool Sales.— The prospects of the next wool sains are good, and prices obtained at last series aro oxpected to be fully maintained." The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company. Limited, has received the following cablegram from their London house, under date 25th :—"sheepskins.—Merino sheepskins and crossbred combing have advanced ad ; crossbred short and shorn have declined £d. There is a good demand." Messrs. W. and G. Turnbull and -Company, Ltd , have received the following cabled information from their London agents regarding the sheepskin market: — "Crossbred full Moolled fine and crossbred half to three-quarter woolled fine, advanced id to id; crossbred, full woolled coarse, unchanged."
