The Napier Park Racing Clubs Wintei 1 Meeting concluded to-day in fine weather, There was 'a good attendance, and the totalisator handled £17,^ 839, making £32,843 for the meeting, compared with £29,125 for the Winter Meeting last year. In the Park Steeplechase, Waterworks fell at the brush the second time round., bringing down Daylight Bill. Remaining results :—: — Hunt Cup Steeplechase, cup value 20 guineas, \vjth 60 guinea* added ; about two miles and a-half. — 2 Bonny, 11.5, 1 ; 4 Lady Bibbeso, 12.0, 2; 6 Defeat, 3. Also started : 3 Kiwitea 11.6, 1 Master Malachi 10.13, 7 Jessamine 10.7, 5 Undo Jim 10.7. Won by ten lengths, the same distance separating second and third. Time, smin 34 l-ssec. Poraite Hurdles, _ol l 150 soys; one mile and three-quarters.— l Grey King, 9.2, I',1 ', 4 Sam Pan, 10.10, 2 ; 7 Freak, 9.0, 3. Also started : 3 Hatana 10.10. 2 Cloudy Dawn 10.9, 6 Aruake 10,7, 5 Idealism 9.12. Won by four lengths, a length between second and third. Cloudy Dawn was fourth. Time, 3min 23 4-5 sec, Newstead Hack Handicap, of 120 Soys ; seven furlongs. — 5 The Summit, by San Fran— Tihi, lj 4 Andraea, 9.0, 2; 2 Sir Alba. 10.10, 3. Also started : 1 Amity 10.0. 3 Hinenianu 10.0, 6 Microbe 9.9. 7 Perhaps 9.0, 8 Rangikapua 0.0. Won by threo lengths. Tho third horse was close up, and Hinemanu was fourth. Time, lniin 35 4-ssec.
