MESSRS. C. DAHL & CO., LTD.'S EXHIBIT.
Probably by far the most interesting dairy machinery display at the National Dairy Show this year is Messrs. C. Dahl and Co., Ltd.'s, Premier exhibit. This firm from very small beginnings has worked its way upwards until to-day it is known throughout New Zealand as a firm whose goods' are sound, and whose' business principles are above question; in short, a firm that succeeds in giving — in its truest sense— a square deal. Messrs. C. Dahl and Co., Ltd., some twelve months ago secured the New Zealand representation of the Silkeborg Engineering Company, of Denmark, and from the results achieved, it is safe to say that they now handle the very best machinery for dairy purposes in / tho Dominion. The firm are ever _on the alert for any new machinery which may come out, and having an office in Copenhagen they are able to keep in touch with the lutest development in dairying in Denmark. The managing director of the company, Mr. C. Dahl, sen., is at present in Denmark on machinery business, and the business is being conducted during his absenco by the manager, Mr. Norman L. Dahl, and the secretary, Mr. S. W. Adlington. An extensive exhibit of horse and cow covers, waterproof oilclothing, tents, and tarpaulins, ropes, and many other interesting lines for farmers, is made at a separate stand in the main hall at the Show by Mr. Chas. Dahl. Mr. L. V. Dahl is in charge of this interesting collection.
