IRREGULARITIES COMPLAINED OK. (Dt TEIKOIUPH.— PRESS ASSOCIATION.), CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. Allegations of irregularities at the Harbour Board election are being .considered at a judicial enquiry. Tho petitioners allope that votes had been improperly disallowed to one candidate, D. Sylies (defeated), and other votes wore improperly allowed to J. Slorrcy (elected).
