A meeting of the Khandallah Literary and Debating Society was held last evening. The subject of the debate was : " That International Disarmament is in the Interests of the British Empire." Messrs. Holway, Appleton, and Burgo affirmed the motion, while Messrs. Luke, Aplin, and Budd opposed it. After keen argument on each side, the motion was lost by one vote.
