■» NATIONS FAVOUR A REDUCTION. By Telegraph.— Press Association.— Copyright (Received May 20, 10 a.m.) LONDON, 19th May. France, Germany, Belgium, Holland, Sweden, Italy, Spain, and the United States favour a reduction in international letter postage to three-halfpence. Some other countries favour a reduction to a penny, including Australia, though the majority prefer to first test the threehalfpence reduction.
