PROGRAMME OF WANTS ANNOUNCED. (By Telegraph.— Press Association— Copyright.)' LONDON, 18th May. Mr. J. H. Thomas (Labour member for Derby), speaking at East Leigh, announced that the National Union of Railway Men's programme would include an oight'hour dny, an increase of 5s per week in ovory grade, and absolute recognition of the union.
